If Tannehill is a first rounder, the NFL should demand that whoever picks RGIII surrender their 2nd round pick just on principle.

Yo JJ,
I watched this kid since he started as a wr...he's is raw raw raw, understands routes, hots, mismatches like anyone! He has only played 2 years as a bonifide Qb. The kid is smart, athletic, and can play great games. If his defense didn't give up sooooo many HUGE leads this past year...he would have been playing for the championship vs. LSU. That's a fact. I like the kid A LOT...but then again I am relegated to watching Big 12 football year round!

He's got some skill. His advantage coming into the league is that he's run a modified version of the West Coast Offense. At the very least, should he end up in Cleveland, Philadelphia, Green Bay, Washington, among others, his terminology should be the same.

My biggest trouble with him is that odd delivery. It just takes him so long to get from decision to delivery. He throws with his whole body. And, in doing so, takes up a lot of room in the pocket. I just think he's going to struggle mightily with pressure in his face. And I fear he's going to work himself into trouble more than he works out of it.

perhaps...but someone will draft him in the first round and relatively high. Just like I thought that Ponder, locker and gabby went too high...so will RT.
He might land back with Sherman! He is a Prospect for sure and raw as can be, but I like this kid.

Do you think that defenses started to figure him out, or was this just the true Tannehill we saw at the end of the year?
I don't recall them doing anything drastically different, except maybe blitzing more. And when things got more difficult, his decisionmaking went haywire.

It's only going to get tougher in the big leagues. Hopefully, he'll find a way to up his poise.

I'd rather get Brock Osweiler. If we aren't going all out to get RGIII, then there isn't really any point spending a 1st round pick or even our second on RT.

I think continue to tradition and get someone in the later rounds.
