It's possible, but I don't think so.
From what I've read, the Redskins are expected to retain Campbell, even if it's only as a one year rental while Bradford or Clausen gets ready to start. That'd be especially true if it's Bradford, who could use a redshirt year to bulk up and learn an NFL offense.
