Good point. I think they'd have to tag him to keep though, right? Or maybe it's after 2010. I think he'd be cheaper to get now, then after he has to play a "get a new deal season."

I agree regarding the leverage, but I dont know - obviously get him as cheap as possible, but he's a 4 year starter. With above average numbers. Which, considering he had Gibbs 2.0 his 1st two seasons is miraculous. Gibbs 2.0 offense makes Ddohbs look like Mike Martz. But, reading Daniel Jeremiah today makes me want to be more stingy with our 2nd rounders - definite value round.
