Per his Twitter account, Brandon McDonald relays that he's been released.

Confirming to Browns fans that he had been cut via Twitter, CB Brandon McDonald has become the highest-profile Brown to be released in this year's roster moves.
Per the National Football Post, OL Paul Fanaika has also been released by the team. More as we get it...
