Wide receiver Joedan Norwood and running back Andre Anderson were added to the practice squad today.
Norwood was with the Browns as an undrafted rookie last year before getting cut on Sept. 5. He spent the next 13 weeks on Philadelphia’s practice squad. Thus, this is a meeting of the Mangini-Heckert minds.
Norwood racked up 2,015 yards while at Penn State.
Anderson has been with the Raiders and Bills this year as an undrafted free agent. He rushed for 1,966 yards at Tulane.
