I agree 100%. The main reason I have been so spiteful of the Kellen Winslow trade was because he was that kind of our player on offense. He may have had his gripes with the team but when he was on the field he played to win and he made everyone as worked up as he was. That kind of player is the kind of player we need on defense. We have some personalities who might be able to grow into that archetype but it's just a matter of taking the initiative to rally the troops. I agree that we need a 'motivational leader' on defense.
