Not sure how that fit, but it's a crazy story. Point is, RBs with few starts? Great. Less wear and tear. QBs with few starts? Not so good. Teams would LOVE to see 30 starts on that resume, but at least 20. |
I get your point (except for Mallett - he transferred because of Rich Rod), but my point is at some point the level of competition has to be a factor as well. Playing against the boys in 1AA or whatever they call it now is not the same as playing against the big boys of 1A at Penn State like Alabama this week, then Ohio State, Iowa, Wisconsin and a major bowl game later.
Not everyone that transfers to Deleware is going to be the next Flacco.
