Kind of.
Today, the NFL will hold its Supplemental Draft, in which players who for some reason became ineligible to play college ball offer their services to NFL teams.
Of the four available players, BYU RB Harvey Unga is the only lock to get drafted. Because he got his girlfriend preggers, Unga was forced to withdraw from BYU, and there are some minor concerns about his durability and work ethic.
However, the hard-running power back should appeal to a lot of teams. Though the Browns appear to have a full stable of running backs, they did send a representative to Unga's pro day, so there appears to be some interest.
Projections are all over the map as to how high Unga will get picked. Mike Lombardi's said that Unga could go as high as the 3rd round; others have him going as low as the 6th. My best guess is that he'll get picked in the 5th, possibly by the Rams, who've long been looking for a guy who could serve as Stephen Jackson's backup.
Here's some video of Unga vs. TCU. You can see the power and ability as a receiver out of the backfield, but you also notice his lack of ideal burst. Some have called him a poor man's Toby Gerhart, which makes a lot of sense.
