With the 100th pick of the NFL Draft, the Browns chose Travis Benjamin from the University of Miami. He stand's 5'10, and is weighed in at 175... so the guy's about as heavy as I am, (I am 6'4"). He's noted for his incredible speed. He played quite a bit during his four years at Miami and is noted for his play making ability, averaging 16.4 yards per catch in his 4 years at Miami.

Honestly, with what we have on this team, I can't see how this guy cannot fight for a starting spot...

A fans address, as Browns fans we all have personal ties to the team, for whatever reason we are all united from all over the world to talk about the Cleveland Browns, a football team dear to our hearts. To watch this football team over the last decade has had it's ups and downs. One thing I love about this fan base is that we constantly find optimism where ever we can. We are very fickle when it comes to criticizing this team...

With that in mind, I am going to pick this fucking...

Collect it, wrap it up and just throw it away. From week one to week seventeen, throw it all in the garbage because how much of it really mattered? Lets start from the top of the gravy train of retrospect.


Shurmur / McCoy: Well, not to write it off after one season but there's legitimate buzz the team is willing to in certain regard. Shurmur's "quarterback knowledge" was a selling point and I ask all of you, especially the supporters, was there any point at all this...

I know things aren't looking up and up all of a sudden. We crashed back to reality after the Eagles pre-season game, we're already down a couple key players with a lot of other key players really banged up. All is not lost though, there are positives and negatives to draw upon sure but the season still hasn't started yet and I think many of us, myself included are looking forward to the team hopefully starting off on the right foot. AKA: A win over the Bungles in week one.
