Sweet bejeebus! Miami didn't even look like they should be on the same field as OSU. If it wasn't for Miami's 2 special team touchdowns they wouldn't have been able to walk out of there with an ounce of dignity. You know, like the Browns under Mangini his first 11 games last season.

That was a pretty terrible game. In a just world, neither team would have won that game. In the first half, OSU played really fantastically, excluding the two kick return lapses (I wonder what they'll be working on this week?). The second half, the secondary seemingly collapsed, and Pryor reverted to 2008-2009 form. It was bad. On the other hand, if OSU can beat Miami that handily playing only one good half of football, I'm thinking that OSU is really talented or Miami is really really bad. I'm angling for the latter, given that Harris completely folded.

That game was a thing of beauty. Offense played well and the D forced 4 picks. Special Teams disappointed but Tressel will get that cleaned up. In the 4th I think they allowed Harris some completetions that were too easy but hopefully they get that cleaned up as well. The Buckeyes won. They played a good Miami team that just isn't as good as Ohio State. We have some really good players on both sides of the ball. |

Vegas is also correct. At no point in the game was I *remotely* worried that OSU would lose. Even after the first kickoff return, I wasn't worried, given that we had completely dominated up until that point in every other facet of the game. I actually started laughing after the second touchdown return, thinking to myself, "This game is going to look a lot closer than it was." Bama, OU, and OSU look like the three cut-and-dry best teams in the nation. All of them clobbered (or will have clobbered, as is the case with PSU-Bama, for it's not going to be pretty) their top-20 ranked team. BSU beat a top-10 team, but the scenarios aren't similar. VT collapsed this week, and, unlike the games of the aforementioned three, not everyone knew who would win based on the first quarter. If OSU gets their shit together, they can beat any team in the nation. OSU's perfect game vs. anyone else's perfect game? I'll take my chances. Get your shit together, Pryor.

| My thoughts exactly! For all the talk about how much he improved he still overthrew receivers all day and looked a little DA-esque on his short throws. His two best throws all game both came in the same drive - the 2 pass drive where he threw one deep to Posey then threw the TD pass to Saine on the next play. I was a little nervous for the first half of the first quarter when everything was going against Ohio State - TD called back for holding then settling for FG, KO returned for TD, our KO looked like it would be returned for a TD then Berry trips over the turf or his blocker's feet? Kinda feel bad for Miami's QB a little bit - 3 of the 4 INts weren't his fault but the fault of his receivers. DT/DE Heyward had the lone legitimate INT and it was a good one. |

Am I the only one that thought Heyward could have scored if he wouldn't have cut back inside? Although I give him some slack because if I was that big running that far I'm quite sure I'd have just wanted the run to end. LOL. Pryor is who he is - an athlete playing QB. He can throw a beautiful deep ball but his short game needs improvement. But I see where he has definitely progressed. That Miami D has tons of speed. There was really nobody we have on O that could outrun their players and we have some speed ourselves. I really like Saine. That catch was unbelievable especially for a RB. |

| Easy, record the game and go to the game then watch the game later.

At this point, I don't have an issue with Pryor's decision-making. His judgment compared to last year isn't really comparable. He's gotten much better. His arm's definitely strong enough. The ONE thing that separates him from the really good QBs is accuracy. Unfortunately, that's a very *big* thing. Hopefully he can either hide it or improve it, but... damn, you don't really hear much about a comeback story where someone gets accuracy from nowhere. Still, accuracy as 'meh' as it is, he's a damn good player.
