I can solve the budget/debt problems very quickly:

1 - legalize marijuana and tax it

2 - stop sending money to foreign countries

3 - make it "profitable" to do business HERE rather than in China or the Middle East

4 - drill our own damn oil

5 - reduce taxes on tobacco (that's a personal one! )

6 - spend some of the billions planned for the "health care bill" on auditing ALL recipients of federal medicaid, medicare, SSDI, welfare, WIC, etc. There are people who deserve these benefits, and there are people who are robbing benefits from them.

7 - revamp the welfare program to be a subsidy rather than a give away. You HAVE to have a job to get it.

8 - get rid of all the bureaucratic red tape that spends $20 for every $100 given in federal aid

9 - vote out ALL incumbents (yeah, like that will ever happen)

10 - elect me president!
