Danamal, in extending the olive branch even more... really did end up being a great thread. Love it.

Defense:
Eric Wright will have a breakout year and might get to elite CB status.

Offense:
Ben Watson simply because Delhomme will be throwing to him a lot.

I hate that Im always right!

Delhomme/Ward . Since we are going to rely heavily on the right arm of Jake Delhomme and I think he is out to prove that he can still play at a high level, he's my offense choice. Ward looks like he "get's it" and will become a staple for our defense provided he can stay injury free.

Offense: Hillis -- I like the buzz coming out about this kid, I know Hardesty seems to be getting all of the prime buzz, since he was a pick we traded up to take but I think Hillis will show that he is a solid back in his own right, and maybe emerge to take the #1 spot and be a feature back. Who knows.

Defense: Joe Haden -- Really, I've liked what I've seen of Haden since the pre-draft buzz started on strong. Since he hit camp and has been playing there really has only been positive buzz. Ward will look like a star because we haven't had a good safety in our secondary for a couple of seasons at least but Haden will emerge as a stand-out in our secondary and I think he'll be starting before the end of the season.

In my opinion, if we're replacing Colt McCoy, you aim higher than Colt... Flynn or RGIII don't really give me that warm and fuzzy feeling.

On O, I am going to predict Robiskie. If last night was any indication, he's going to be starting along side Momass, and Robiskie has looked solid all preseason.

On D, I am going to go with Haden as well. He just keeps getting better with each pre-season game.

Offense. Hillis, december in cleveland he'll be a beast.

Defense. Haden. our front 7 makes it hard to pick anyone there. I Picked Haden barely over Wright.

I'll put my money on Josh Cribb's at the WR spot

Good to see Joe "too slow to play linebacker" Haden getting some votes.

In time, I think Wright & Haden will form a starting duo as good as Hall & Joseph in Cinci (if not better).

Hillis on offense. By November Denver fans will be so upset they'll be bringing out the torches and pitch forks. Should be fun to watch. John Riggins, anyone?

Defensively, Bernard may end up being our most effective linebacker (of course, I hope not!). How about a healthy serving of some Bernard-Roth sandwiches, served up in the opponent's backfield with some nice QB filling...

I think on offense that as long as Delhomme has a consisitently good season that along with Joe Thomas, Alex Mack will also go to the Pro Bowl. I know Mack had a good season last year but having a veteran QB that Delhomme has shown to be so far will help him get to he next level.

Defence is a little harder to pick but I'll go with Haden having a nice rookie year with 5 picks.
