Rosters must be cut to 75 Tue @ 4:00, who gets cut?

The Browns will have to cut 5 players today to get down to the NFL limit of 75 by 4:00 P.M. Tuesday. So will get the axe today?

Furthermore, rosters must be trimmed to 53 by this Saturday so 22 more will have to be cut between this afternoon and Saturday. Seems the Browns have some difficult decisions to make and some decent prospects/players will have to be cut.
