I don't think the Browns showed interest in Dixon. Too many character red flags

Not me, I wanted McClain and/or Brandon Spikes. We need better linebackers than what we have. Ask me five years from now and I will still be saying we should have taken a linebacker or two in this draft.

It was a good pick. Just bad luck. I'm bummed we finally took a back I liked a little bit with a high pick.. I admit I did not really know him before we picked him.. but once I watched film etc.. I was really liking him.. Let's hope he can come back and that Davis makes the most of his chance. I still have hope he can be the steal from last years draft.

Davis deserves to get his touches in the regular season. He's one of the fastest players on a roster that lacks speed and he's shown time after time that he can turn a short pass into a long one.

I'm happy for him... and he's a guy I'll really be pulling for.
VERY good point about James Davis! We'll be just fine at RB sharing the load between Harrison, Hillis, Davis and now Jennings might have just made the team. This STILL seems like the strongest we've had the position IF everyone stays healthy.

I feel bad for Hardesty; BUT if the guy was a quitter - he's had countless chances to give up at UT when plagued by injuries. However, he didn't give up so we know he won't.

Yup, I agree Flug, Davis and Jennings just blew a big sigh of relief.
We've seen time and time again someone only get a shot once there's an injury.
All I can hope is that Davis and Jennings work their asses off and make the most out of this opportunity for us and themselves.

James Davis got a redshirt last year, so he's still my adopt-a-prospect.

Well...500 of them did. It was only 2 games, and I'm pretty sure the individual game record is not over 500 yds

lol...I know what ya mean...remember Butch's statement afterwards? The team did good except for just a couple long gains or some such, after he ran for 295 yds or whatever it was that one game.

Wait - will Hardesty have to clear waivers a la Don Carey? If somebody cherry picks his ass, I will be unfathomably pissed off.
