Default Jake is Jake

He's still Jake Delhomme and he still throws those HUH??? interceptions... and he missed Stuckey wildly for an easy first down.

I don't think those quarterback rankings listing him at 34th or whatever are too far off. He pretty well singlehandedly blew that game for us, especially with the super-retarded pick at the half, a 14 point turnaround.

That loss is all on him.

I agree with your assessment of Jake however I wont pin the entire loss on him...the fumbles were costly and Cribbs looked sluggish out there..he had no burst on his returns...this coaching staff still has no clue how to make adjustments.

Shep is Shep.. just waiting to throw up a negative QB post on a guy he's been down on from day one.. Yeah..Jake made mistakes, we all know that.. but it's not a shock that it has to be YOU who posts it..not any of the other 70 people who post here ... but you..

..but this game is not on all on Jake.. Daboll did not help.. lousy playcalling, Mangini did not help.. bad clock management, and no halftime adjustments that made any difference, 2 Hillis fumbles did not help. The defensive line can't pass rush as usual. They also get blocked back into the LB's on run plays.. as usuall.. Ryan called a lousy defensive game.. THe offensive line in the second half was terrible in it's protection. They also got called for holding penalties at critical times.

Wow just wow. He was damned near dominating until the injury. The 1st pick was ill-advised but his arm was already in motion when he got hit, it happens. This thread is what I call a "hate thread" and you should be added to the "Hate crimes against Cleveland Browns players" list.

If anything you should be on your boy Hillis for putting it on the ground twice and changing not only the momentum of the game, but forcing us to change our entire strategy altogether as we could have just sat on the ball the rest of the game.

This loss is on A. Hillis and B. O-line.

If the injury was the problem, Seneca should have been in there (at least for more plays with Cribbs).

Jake stunk it up in the 2nd half but he was surrounded by incompetence, you can't pin it all on him.

I was actually expecting to see Seneca, but Jake is a gamer and tried to suck it up and play ball. Unfortunately we had the right side turnstile with Womack ...who wasn't much better than Yates out there. I'm not that down on this team over all ...it is what I thought it was. I had a feeling the Lauvao injury was going to be a killer ...no depth. The turn-overs were disappointing.

Might wanna change your g-string there Shepper, you're not shitting yourself with glee, that sounds like utter diarrhea. I assume you'll be here each week with the same glee that JDH didn't throw for 400 yards like Peyton Manning?

That's a very shortsighted observation. But I am sure you will be easier on Sanchez when he shits the bed this season.

How about a RG or RT or #1 WR. those things would probly help a QB out alittle, or how about hillis (and im a fan) not coughing it up twice? I understand its a passing league but damn shep a QB cant do it alone
