I suppose it would depend on the draft picks, but I would rather bring in a player who can contribute and enhance this team. We need an offensive play maker, I don't think we should just trade Rogers for another D-Lineman.

The message is clear, we want to score more than 13.6 PPG this year.

WOOF WOOF WOOF!

the browns have all season to track the picks they really desire.

the lckout could affect the draft for sure, ut its time to empty the cupboards of tradable talent.

harrison was out there last year but when you get a second for winslow its not likely anyone was going to bite on jerome at the same value.

harrison
vickers
all the wr's
rodgers

cribbs is one to hang onto though.

The guy plays as hard as anyone, and is a contagious firecracker on the field but how many seasons does he reasonably have left?

I like our D too, if we can get BARTON in a positional role, where maybe he comes on in key packages. I think he's just getting the starting time while DQJ is on the mend. I think you're right about Rogers.

I think we should try to get something for him too. I don't think our defense would miss him that much. He's one of the best players on our D, and I would only want to trade him for a player who can CONTRIBUTE to the team immediately, not for a bunch of draft picks.
The problem is we didn't get anything for him. We got MoMass who is underwhelming for Winslow who is dynamic. Horrible tradeoff.

The only guys left we could get something out of is Steinbach, Rogers and Thomas. Under no circumstances should we trade Thomas. Well I take that back. I'd trade him to N.E. for both of their 1sts this year and a 1st in 2012. Otherwise nahhh.

Disagree on Cribbs. It's too late now but S.F. and Miami both really wanted him. Enough to have given up good players and picks. While watching him take KR's to the house is fun and all adding a Brandon Spikes in the end and say Arthur Jones would've been alot more fun.

I'm getting closer and closer to winning. Risking it by being a little cocky at this point, but the hay is almost in the barn!

My BOLD prediction!:

Which set up:

Which finally led to:

Too bad ole MZ isn't around for me to get overly cocky and watch KC lose its next 4 games.

Oh hell. Well, screw it.

People were saying how KC and Tampa sucked and how awful it was for us to lose to them.

I said I bet one of the two would finish with more wins than losses.

MZ said, "How much?"

So, we settled on a $50 wager to the charity of our choice (A nice bet!).

Might even go 2 for 2 on that prediction if Tampa rallies.
