I'm surprised that our pass defense has still looked shaky this year, with all the new guys. Well... maybe that's part of the issue.

Hey, I like Wallace and Hillis. I'm just livin' on that right now.

Yeah Tom, pretty much. It unfortunately took getting a real CB on the team to show even though he WAS our best guy? He sucks.

Flacco isn't getting much pressure on him so he can just air it out to Boldin all game if he wants. Two guys covering Boldin probably wouldn't stop that connection.

Wright looked so bad today that he made Poteat look all-pro.

It's really sad when you have the opposing coach quoted as saying they are going to attack Wright because he is inconsistent and soft.

Oh so frickin close to a victory. Great gameplan by the coaches, and a solid effort overall by the Browns. We ran out of bullets there at the end, but that's what happens when you don't have talent. Boldin is apparently the second coming of Jerry Rice.

Again no pressure on the QB, and he stepped in to pretty much every throw. We brought the house on that last TD and I don't think Flacco needed to 4 secs he had to throw, but he took it. Boldin is a pretty good WR but he shouldn't have abused Eric that bad, but again we let Flacco get into a nice flow all game.

I thought again Haden and Ward played very well.

If he was our BEST cover guy - he wouldn't have had a Baltimore game plan bullseye on his chest today. They NEVER stopped aiming for him because he made life extremely easy for them. Gutless effort where he didn't even JUMP when he should have. He was jogging on some plays. Don't think for 1 second they don't catch trends and slackers on film KOKs. They did and he was exposed. My God if any of us showed up for work with that kind of pride and lameness toward our jobs we should be fired on the spot. I'd rather see Brandon McDonald TRYING than that type of lame effort. Wright jammed his whole team today with a high hard one up the dumpster today. Watch any replay and tell me you saw a guy competing and I'll contest every damn one of them from not even getting into a competitive stance at the start of the play to refusing to FINISH the God Damn play. I'll challenge anyone that wants to prove this wrong. Go for it. Share the video and I'll point out the lack of concentration or where effort was lacking.

Mangini drafts DBs like Revis, Haden and Ward. Savage drafted DBs like Pool, Wright and McDonald. Let's hear the freakin spin on that. I'm all ears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's more to this nightmare than MANY want to pretend there is. I was PROUD of 98% of the guys out there today. Just being honest.

I'm not sure any of our 3 CB's could have covered Boldin with the lack of pressure we got on this QB.

We've known for awhile that Wright struggles against bigger, physical wideouts. It's part of the reason why Haden was such an appealing prospect.

Wright isn't a bad cornerback; he just isn't a #1 CB who can match up against #1 receivers. He'll get overpaid this offseason, which probably means he won't be a Brown in 2011.

There were throws he didn't have all day that stemmed more off the timing of the 3-5 step drop-plant & fire to an area. That uncontested post pattern is a timing play all the way Vegas. Those are quick setups that don't often become sacks. That's where your corner has to either disrupt timing with a jam at the front end of the play OR decide he's gonna stay on the hip if he has no plans to squat and press early. Watch the replays and tell me what you saw from Wright. He did neither. In 3 games Baltimore has played, Eric Wright is the only corner that has struggled against them.

Who's kidding who? He blows donkey dong!

They repeatedly gave him chance after chance after chance after chance after chance to redeem 1 lame effort after another. I never saw the effort improve. I'm sick of THIS kind of player overrating his ass enough to think he can hold this entirte team hostage. FUCK him! Next?

I sincerely HOPE somebody watches the film and we end this avoidable nightmare in the future.
