Peyton Hillis, RB, Cleveland BrownsMonday 9/27, 1:59 PM CT
Fresh off of his huge game against the Ravens on Sunday, Peyton Hillis looks poised to remain the Browns' starting running back going forward, according to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer.

Our View: Head coach Eric Mangini said as much on Monday. If you are a Jerome Harrison owner, don't panic yet, but be prepared not to start him for at least three of four weeks. Hillis has tough Week 4 match-up in the Bengals.
Fun story here: in my draft, another Cleveland fan who doesn't pay as much attention as me picked up Harrison right before I picked up Hardesty. I mocked him for that.

Then, soon as Hardesty went down, I picked up Hillis. I had watched preseason and saw how Hillis was being used. National media thought it was to save Harrison, but we knew better: he's been the top back all summer.

I didn't start him against the Ravens but he's officially my #2 now that Shonn Greene has lost his carries to a resurgent LT.

Nope Highway it's still there. My brother went to preschool and kindergarden there before they started busing to the east side. It is on W. 130th ST. between I-71 and Lorain. I lived in that area for a few years before I moved.

Don't know if anyone caught the Mangini presser from yesteday. But I gotta take back anything I've said about dabs and that bone headed play on 3rd & 2 ....apparently it's Wallace who made that call to go down field because he saw the 1 on 1 coverage on Cribbs ...it wasn't the called play. Wallace just couldn't keep it on target.

my favorite play was when he charged through a gaping hole in the line, up the middle, and lowered his shoulder into Landry and pushed onward for another 10 yards.

Landry had to be thinking... What the F! is going on here! Who is this guy and why does he think I have a target on my chest!

After the game, I heard 4 different commentators say the pretty much the same thing....
"Your defense isn't as good as it should be (or/ is seriously hurting) if you have a backup fullback run for 144 yards on you. This is the Ravens' defense, you just can't let that happen to you!"
Even though the loss hurt, it made me feel good we went up against a physical team made to stop the run and crammed it down their throats.
Really, NOT posting about football the day of the loss gives me time to go back over the game in my head and take away the few good things out of it that happened instead of flipping out about all the bad.
