Mangini needs to get over his fetish with Wright anyway and start Haden. This is a rebuilding year whether we like it or not and Haden needs the experience that they are giving to McCoy to be a good player. I would argue Mangini needs another 4-5 wins to secure a 3rd season and Haden also helps that cause.

Wright is Phil's droppings. You can't coach him any better. He just is what he is.
