I'd only change 1 word in that statement. I'd change is to was.
THIS year - it was announced by the commentators in either the NE or New Orleans game that Reggie Hodges is leading 31 other NFL punters at pinning opponents inside the 10 yard line. Pretty impressive bang for the buck. We got him at the price of Walmart soda and open bag of potato chips.
Dave Zastudil, who was the highest paid free agent punter, has landed on injured reserve for the 3rd straight year. In essence, the Cleveland Browns committed dearly for the resume that seems to be all rear view mirror. They did the right thing getting rid of DZ. Everytime I have to refer to Zastudil I have to keep applying that descriptive word was.
I'm not disputing DZ might have been a great guy and all; but he basically got rich in Cleveland for what he accomplished with the Baltimore Ravens. That's why I agree with DaBrowns in this debate. Alot of us loved the IDEA of DZ but we're seeing everything we wanted from him from a guy humbled enough to play for bargain salary. That's a good thing for he Browns
