It has been reported by profootballtalk.com that Cleveland Browns cornerback Brandon McDonald faces assault charges by a local woman and "self-claimed" Cleveland radio personality. Sabrina Parr has been questioned by the Cleveland Police Department in the past, since she claimed she was a witness to the late night club incident when New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards (he was still a receiver for the Browns at the time of the altercation) punched a friend of NBA and Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James. Parr has tweeted on her Twitter page that she was assaulted by McDonald, and that he "went crazy" while putting his hands on her. Parr claims she is a co-host of WKNR/ESPN radio in Cleveland, but she is not listed anywhere on those stations' employment roster. She also claims that she is McDonald's ex-girlfriend. Parr obviously is trying her best to get something (probably money) out of McDonald, but he and the authorities have not commented on this yet. McDonald has other issues to deal with besides this matter, since the Browns' front office has stated that they will be bringing in many additions to rebuild the defensive secondary this offseason. His job may no longer be guaranteed, since he has struggled over the last two seasons with the Browns. The common thought on McDonald's abilities is that he is a nickel or dime cornerback at most on the depth chart, but depending on how many more players are brought in to compete, he may not even be that for the Browns in 2010. I want y'all to vote on "better reply": 1) Media Bitch had it coming to her! 2) Bleacher Report's "objective" reporting here has my head spinning. This "writer" even knows the accuser's inner motivation! 3) No way McDonald could assault/put his hands on anybody. Just look at his game tape...he couldn't cover OR tackle anyone all year! |

LOL I'll take #3. This Sabrina hood-rat is far from media. I've listened to her many times on Rizzo, and frankly she comes across as a gold digging whore who likes to socialize with all the pro athletes in Cleveland and then tell stories about what they do @ 3am while wasted so she can bring notoriety to herself. It may not be true, but it's certainly the picture she paints. She is most definitely not a "co-host", I think she was hired to do some sort of skit on the Rizzo show, and to try and sound sexy while presenting some sort of humorous award ...that turned into her occasionally getting to say some stuff on the air. That being said I don't think I'd be hard pressed to believe a pro athlete assaulted her. |

"McDonald has other issues to deal with besides this matter, since the Browns' front office has stated that they will be bringing in many additions to rebuild the defensive secondary this offseason." Wow, I thought we were more worried about............

As far as I know Mcdonald doesnt seem the type of guy to do this. Also, this girl's past altercations seems pretty shady. Hopefully nothing will come of it.

I just went to check on his account and it has been mysteriously removed. I think this is just a case of 2 assholes getting together and giving eachother what they both deserve. Here's the chick by the way

Sabrina Parr is a classless piece of trash. She used to get on the air and quote off the record stuff players said to her while she was dating Bmac. I think the difference between her and that Tilla Tiquella bimbo is about a half mil twitter followers and a crappy tv show.

Parr is something like an intern on that show. She is the same person that Rizzo put on the air following the BE/Lebron James friend incident. With her claims of seeing it, what happened, etc. She then went on for like an hour about all the players for CLE she supposedly hangs out with and has dated. She then also went on and on about what players supposedly have told her while at the club, about other players, feeling about the coaches, etc. Basically her second hand club hersay as some sort of fact. Reghi then went off that same day for about an hour on how if you want to be a credible sports news station you can't let some intern be on the air telling soap opera tails that are stricktly from her "experiences" while out at the club. I take this whole story with a giant grain of salt until there is a police report filed. |
