Maintain continuity and continue on the road we are on rebuilding this team through the draft and adding select FAs.

When an organization is disfunctional , like ours was, it takes time to build a quality FO, coaching staff and a solid core of players. I'm not sure two years is enough when you consider what we had after the 2008 season.

I think the overall point here is that if we, The Browns, want to make the playoffs we have to become better and more consistent on BOTH sides of the ball. We have not been a very consistent team at all this year.

Weeden gives us a QB with skills McCoy does not have.
Richardson gives us a HB with abilities the Browns have not seen in decades!
The message is clear, we want to score more than 13.6 PPG this year.

WOOF WOOF WOOF!
