You know I can almost agree with you on that. I personally felt Mangini deserved one more year to prove it. What really bothers me though is names like Mohrningweg as a HC. He has proven before he's not a leader of men that a HC needs to be. As OC, I'd love Mohrningweg, but not as HC. and my biggest fear is you got rid of a guy that to me looked like he got the players to follow him, and will replace him with someone that can't do that. Schemes can be fixed, new coordinators are easier to change. Head Coaching changes are a much larger thing, and those leaders of men are much harder to find than guys who can draw Xs and Os on a chalk board.
