I found this: NFL Rumors: Bernie Kosar Drawing Interest from Other NFL Teams? | WaitingForNextYear I just can't imagine Bernie going to work for Bill Belicheck (I never did know how to spell that guys name)... Outside of that, I would be shocked if he went to anyone in our division, but I also can understand if he needs a job. His knowledge is amazing and it would be a shame to let that go to waste. And it's REALLY crappy that H3 could not find a way to use those skills. |

The Pats will hire him. Belichick will quickly realize he's the smartest football mind he's met besides himself. Hoodie will mentor Kosar. Hoodie will retire. Kosar takes over. Pats turn into the 80's Broncos for the Browns and beat us in three straight championship games to keep our "no Super Bowl" run alive and well into 2020.

Can't imagine a better mind to have as a QB coach. But, can he be a team player and take orders? that's the question. Sometimes guys who have been great leaders on the field have trouble manning minor roles and being lock step type guys. |

Bill Cowher began his career with the Browns, then wound up haunting the Browns from the Steelers sideline. Ozzie Newsome thrived as a Brown, how haunts the Browns from the Ravens offices. I think it's fitting for Bernie to go have success with the Bengals and haunt the Browns from that organization. Not to mention Billy B. and others. |

Not only NO..but HECK NO.. This guy has never coached and is out of touch..I don't care if he's from my home town, same high school ( til I moved), played Little League against him ect ect. He's like a punch drunk boxer now..took too many hits to the head. He should stick to announcing..he's decent at that.. He's a good guy and all ...but... NO.. Just because you were a good player and understand the game..does not make you a good coach. If he wanted to coach he should have started this back in 1993. He wants to coach..fine..but my guess is he'll have to do it the old fashioned way and begin in high school or college and work his way up. I think I would vomit if he was coaching on our sideline. I loved him as a player..but that was a long long time ago.
