Our View: Could this be a sign the Rams are ready to draft Sam Bradford? It seems unlikely any team would pay Feeley $3 million a year, just like it seems unlikely that anyone would give that much money to a back-up. Perhaps, then, it means he will fall somewhere in between the two. He could start while Bradford develops. Stay tuned.
