Thank you Julio for building the Browns future. We essentially traded you for Gregg Little and got Two #1's and Two #4 picks.. What a coup.. Heckert... A++ on this draft so far.

Julio: You may just go down in Browns history

I really liked Julio a couple months ago in the build up to the combine, now I like him even more - thank you Julio!

If Little pans out and is as successful or better than Jones, draftniks in the future will talk about how the Browns pulled one over on the Falcons here in the 2011 draft.

Post of the night for me.

And what if the Falcons have a rough year? I think they just screwed up royally, they needed help on defense and just shit the bed for a risky WR. Think about it, we thought Julio a risk at six straight up, but they gave up four picks for him to draft there.

This could go down as a huge turning point for this franchise ala a mini Herschel Walker action. Great call Sez, Julio is our new hero in Cleveland.

We are getting close boys, this team is going to be fortified before we know it. It's called the draft, and this is how you do it two years running with picks for next year.

I think back at how moronic the guys used to be ruining our franchise....these guys get it big time or sumtin....one more draft and we are there.

Well I really like Julio Jones - I really do. I like his focus, his team first attitude, his willingness to block with a purpose and to inflict pain, and his playmaking ability. I loved everything about the kid as a WR. But I would love him more if he were the 37th pick. We got some more capital by trading down.

I am happy Heckert got down in the draft. I am happy we saved money to sign a FA WR (does Sidney Rice want to stay in MIN?) and got ourselves out of the top 10 salary zone.

But I still like this kid and even more because he is in Atlanta with Ryan.

I wonder what homework we have done for the lower rounds. Can you imagine if Haden, Ward, Lauvao, Taylor, Sheard and Little become the turning point for this franchise? I'd honestly shit a fucking brick if all this talk about the WCO-McCoy marriage turns out to be true. I haven't even mentioned Hardesty.

I thought this was the worst draft seen in quite a long time?

Only hate the first pick, bro. LOVE the last two. Tell me it's Austin, Sheard, Little? Better.

That said... I don't know shit about what we're doing on the DL.

Exactly, Russ. If he plays like that, we're good.

Fixed it for you.

LOL. Just messing with you dude. You have been so wrong about what this shitty team needs to do to improve that I am sure the exhausting research you've done seems wasted - kind of like 2010, and 2009, and 2008......

Impact players. These offenses in the division that keep beating us? We have to do something to slow them down to give our young QB more opportunities on the field.

Say it with me, BW: "A strong DEFENSE is a young QB's BEST FRIEND."

See Ravens, Flacco
See Steelers, Ben
See Sanchez, Jets
See Manning, Giants

You, of all people, I would think would agree with this since you love QB's. Plenty of #1 WR's and #1 QB's in "combo" going nowhere right now because they lack a top 10 defense.

The more opportunities our defense gives the young QB, and the more his mistakes are masked by not allowing points off of his mistakes, and the more we get the ball back late in the game to give him a chance to win the game, the more his confidence grows.

You send McCoy out there with 2 stud WR's, and Ed Reed and Troy Polamalu make him pay for his mistakes with TD's from Flacco2Boldin/Ben2Ward, who cares how many yards the WR had? Who cares what the final stats say for that day?

You still need to win, and build the confidence of the QB. That isn't happening with a shitty defense.

Now you give this kid a really competetive, young, top 10 defense? He isn't so afraid to make a mistake.

I just think you'd know this since your so QB friendly. Calvin Johnson and Andre Johnson - top 5 WR's. Playoff wins?

Joe Flacco and Big Ben have no AJ or CJ. Doesn't matter. They have meat and potatoes. They have nasty lunchpail guys.

What they don't have? Top 5 WR's.
