 Browns Cap
Under the new agreement the Browns are required to spend 99% of the $120m cap, leaving them with $33m they must spend. This should make for some significant signings. Here is to the hope we hit on them all. I will leave the guesswork to those better informed than I on who to go after.

Just read that after cutting Delhomme they'll edge close to 40 mill and be among the top 4-5 teams in money to spend.
