Would you really want to cut Norwood to bring in someone on his last leg? that's the guy who would be on the bubble, not Robiskie. |

Norwood has a better chance of being a Brown in 2012 than Robiskie, in my opinion. He fills Shurmur's slot role. Robiskie is in competition with Little, Massoquoi, Mitchell, and next year's #1 pick to play on the outside (!). |

Housyourmama's best days are behind him and he will sit and play the waiting game like T O for an injury to a key WR on some team. Rebuilding teams with first year QBs don't need a 33 year old WR that will stunt the growth of our young receivers. Like it or not, the bottom line, IMO, is Robiskie has made the team but will get pushed for reps by Mo, Little and Cribbs. May the best man play. That said, Moore, Little and Mo will be taking a lot of snaps in the slot.......................where does Norwood really fit in? He's a nice young "slot only" type receiver that will have to earn his playing time. Robiskie, again like him or not, has shown enough to the offensive staff to continue to be the leading outside receiver on the team. Now, once everyone gets healthy, that could change. But, for now Norwood or Mitchell don't seem to be able to take reps away from Robiskie. As a matter of fact neither has showed up in games or proven they can compete against NFL starters. Some people look great in shorts or practice but it's game time now. Let's see what you got.......................... Teams can't put their #1 corner against all of our guys so I have hope. Between a super TE group and RBs who can cause problems for LB or a safety their will be mismatches and single coverage on our WRs. With a stout OL and a accurate QB our offense should be fine. |

On Robiskie: He's not the leading anything on any team, Y. He's shown shit in his entire career. I have no idea what you're seeing!! If not for injuries, I believe he would've been cut or traded for a low pick. Norwood is faster, quicker, and gets separation, according to Shurmur himself. But Robiskie's Santeria consultant got him, too. Look, you know me: Robiskie starts looking like an NFL WR in actual games? I'll be the first to admit it, buy his jersey, and start his fan club. I have zero problems changing my mind, especially when it benefits my bizarre, logo-less obsession. |
