Dabolls offense looked totally different tonight than last year.. Like he is a completley differerent guy.He aired it out nearly all night. Was that Mangini handcuffing him last year?

I know ..it's falling on deaf ears, even their firing didn't satisfy that lust. The reason the WCO has an opportunity to work on our current team, is because it's simple, it's dink & dunk ...it's not complex at all, it routinely makes average WRs look better than average or even good, and below average WRs average. We were still building, but we were heading somewhere nice. Somebody pressed the reset button, and the zombies rejoiced. Go Browns!

As Gabe said, it was lack of a competent QB and #1 WR handcuffing him. |

Then why bring in Delhomme instead of say Cutler? I mean if all we were missing was a real QB. :/ If you're missing the pieces to mix up the actual plays, at least mix up the pre-snap looks and formations to keep the dumbest guy in the room from knowing exactly what play was going to be run just by knowing what motion/ formation we were in. |

Because Holmgren didn't want to give them a true shot. He wanted his own guys.

Well last year I was definitely drinking the haterade but it was just. Daboll made some real boneheaded calls at times. Last night Miami looked good at times, and they've got more tools in their offense than we do bar none. It's not time for me to admit that we let one get away but I'm happy to see him thriving elsewhere.
__________________ BROWNS 2012: Its Weeden's job to lose, it was the second we took him #22 overall. We had a pretty good draft, and I'd like to start seeing some results. Fans already looking to next year and I don't blame them. I think we will have things to be excited about that we lacked last year and we have some real facepalm moments just like last year. It's going to be tough. We aren't Barking Hard for nothing. WOOF WOOF WOOF! ![]() |

It is a known fact that if you want to succeed in your career, you must first do your pennance in CLE. Out of all the front office personell we've had since being back, i'll take the one we have now. The coaching spot will rotate with the front office, that is what it is.
