Their defense has been pretty damn bad this year... and continues to be pretty bad... but it just really doesn't matter with Rodgers.

Long, long season. You cannot win a Super Bowl if your defense is not up to par. GB will get this figured out, but Rodgers is not going to pull this off on his own.

You can win a lot of games in the regular season with a struggling defense.... but not in the playoffs, agreed. Right now, it's tough to be SO bad on defense that 45 points or 450 yards won't hold up, right?

And Rodgers is so mobile, so smart, and so strong-armed, it's getting tougher and tougher to figure out how to defend him aside from just weeping openly if you're the DC. He's the perfect beast right now.

When he's done, he could well be the best ever.
