Default This Might Be A Fun Draft Exercise...

In terms of pegging the success of draft prospects as professionals, which current college team's grouping below represents your opinion of the strongest group of prospects as specified? If this interests you, rank your team top 9 teams in what you perceive as the best pro candidates as specified below. This wasn't easy to come up with the 3rd and 4th names for some of these teams because they had so many guys with similar rankings for rounds 2-4. Try to keep that in mind when looking at some of the teams if there's a name you feel I missed in lieu of another name. If you want to rank the teams and add notes as to your thought process - RUN IT.

Tennessee:
Eric Berry FS, Dan Williams DT, Monterio Hardesty RB, Chris Scott OT

Oklahoma:
Gerald McCoy DT, Sam Bradford QB, Trent Williams OT, Jermaine Gresham TE

Oklahoma State:
Dez Braynt WR, Russell Okung OT, Perrish Cox CB, Zac Robinson QB

Very interesting idea, but it's hard for me to rank the schools, given that some of them only have three good players. I think your #1 team, Tennessee, is an example of that, but their top three guys are excellent.

I think the best group is Oklahoma, then it gets alittle tricky after that

Thanks Alo - that's actually what made it sort of challenging to put this together. There were teams like USC where I had no idea who was their 4th best player - same with Florida and I wanted to keep Tebow on their list. There were also some teams that had a good first 2 or so and the rest were kind of late round projections.

Oklahoma has 4 first round talents, but Tennessee is a close 2nd, IMO.

It's hard to argue with Oklahoma having two guys that could be drafted in the top 3-5 picks, and then Williams who could go in the middle of round 1. Gresham could sneak into round one if his injury concerns aren't a big issue to a few teams.
