Wow, dumbest thread in history. ![]() Dabolls offense this season has outperformed Shurmurs. Period. And what's funny is, you are comparing '10 to '11 which makes zero sense, but really only points more to the fact Daboll was a better OC. A year later, with the worlds easiest schedule ...another FA period, an entire drafts worth of weapons, a dumbed down dink & dunk offense, no QB platoon, and he STILL barely eeks by when compared to a year ago!!! Wow just wow. Way to compare the dregs of offensive coordinating.

Lol man, you can't be serious. The new offense has better stats in nearly every category, and you use this to claim that the old offense was better. You just broke the logic center of my brain. And I like how you say comparing the same team to its own performance last year makes zero sense, considering your own comparison thread. If you wanna prove that Daboll's team last year is better than Shurmur's team this year, then go and do it. Don't wave off statistics and point to a handfull of intangible excuses to support your statement. I can do the same. "Oh, there was a shortened off season, and Shurmur's never been a head coach before, and it was the first game of the season so we're gonna start off rough, and we have a Right Tackle carousel, so of course our 2011 stats aren't as high as they should be!" But doing so doesn't really make for a solid argument cause its impossible to prove that shit.

Worse in scoring points. Worse in sacks. Worse in INT's. Worse in TD's. Wait I get it, you don't use facts to form an opinion, you make shit up out of thin air. Good for you. My 5 year old does the same thing. |

He is ready to get another QB fired this season. The dude is a dumbass OC, we know it, Miami fans now know it, and hopefully when someone hires another dumbass OC they understand he is WAY, WAAAYYY down the list of intelligent OC's. THEY HAVE NOT WON A GAME -- SOUND FAMILIAR? YEAH, 1-11 HERE WE COME. He is going to get his 2nd head coach fired! But yeah he is better than 31 other OC's.....NOT. |

The man was a QB coach before being an OC...................failed as a QB coach and has failed as a OC. He has never developed a QB and his offenses have sucked at every stop except when he was a receiver coach in NE with no game day authority of say in the game plan. His only claim to fame is him letting Favre tell him what he wanted to do for a year. Shurmur has got the job done in Philly and in St Louis prior to waling in and having to completely rebuild Cleveland. By years end you will have a much better sample then just these 4 games. My guess, Shurmur will come out the winner even though he is in a rebuilding situation and Daboll walked into a pretty solid situation with Reggie Bush, Marshall and a very good TE and OL. The only thing he had to do was develop Henne because all the other pieces were there. |
