Yeah, that shit annoys me.
I can see why it annoys you BW but Fujita, the guy whose peers elected him a team captain, should not be ignored because he hasn't performed as well as DQJ. He was elected a team captain for a reason and I feel that his comments shouldn't be tossed aside.

Someone needs to look up the defensive stats for last game. Fuje easily played the best game (not that it says a lot). This is typical Shep, like Cribbs, Fuje just isn't the kind of football player Shep likes. When Shep wants someone to blame and in the past Alo has put a hint in his head about something (see Steinbach for two years), Shep becomes a predator for that particular player. Then you will hear it, over and over and over.

Yep, Fuje is definitely the main problem with this football team right now, no doubt. Just like slow, smallish and white Steiny used to be.

BTW, i don't think Fuje has been the same player since being injured last year, but he is becoming a guy that people are ganging up on in search of the villain that is all this team's problems right now. You got the wrong guy folks.

It doesn't say much but yes Fujita had his second best game of the year against Houston. He had 9 total tackles (7 solo, 2 asst) and 1 pass defended.

Blaming one person is just wrong wether it be Fujita,Steiney or whomever. But the fact is the whole teams stinks as a whole unit right now although, the Defense has fared better. I blame mostly Hillis and his Agent for being a disruptive entity to the team however, it does not excuse the play of others on the field. I really dont care about any Andrew Luck Sweepstakes to be had. I want to see this team suck it up and pull out of it together. wether that happens or not remains to be seen. And yeah Shurms gets his share of the blame too but hes not out on the field either. You could have Bill Walsh back there calling plays and I think this team would still suck. I really have mixed feelings right now and I need to see the last half of this season. Albeit,It doesnt look good ahead.

DQJ sucked arse last game. Stats tell only one part of the story and the other side of DQJ's "stats" is the fact that we suck as a team against the run. The middle linebacker in the 4-3 has a TON of accountability for the team's rank.

I like DQJ but I'm not annointing him with pro bowl status just yet. I'm seeing him all too often engaged with a blocker 8 yards down field.

He's definitely part of the problem. You're doing personnel work based on guys you "like," or think are all Sgt. Fury acting and shit.

We're slow at WR and Greg Little is the big body guy I'd keep. I'd want a faster #1 (Blackmon, Floyd) and a quicker slot (Baylor kid, maybe Norwood, steal Jackson)... and I think that would put Cribbs at 4. He doesn't stretch the field and he's a "build-up" runner, not an exploder from a two-point.

Fujita looks like shit, man. You can try to turn the mirror on the messenger until you pull a fucking muscle, but that's the way it is. He's slow and we need to get faster all over the field. We need a legit WSLB with speed and move Gocong to the SSLB.

Feel free to disagree and discredit. I'm right.

Co-sign. There were several big runs were he was stuck to his blocker like flypaper.

Gocong is a terrible WSLB, so the only reason I can see for the Browns giving him that contract is because he will be our SAM next year. What is Fujita's cap hit next year?
