I saw the Jags were favored by a point. In our house?? Ouch! .. We let them off the hook last year. I say we win this week. Last time Maurice Jones Drew killed us with 133 yards and that long run at the end of the game. We have to do a better job against the run. They have a rookie QB so Jones-Drew is the guy to focus on. We got FIVE turnovers last year and still lost that game . Terrible.. Time to look toward the next game. Colt's numbers were just OK.. last year.. 17 of 28 for 241 1 td one int..

This is amazing to think about: If they win against Cincy like they should have and don't blow last week's game, they could be playing for a 6 and 4 record this week. Throw out Cincy and they could still be playing for 500. That would have to be the worst 500 or 6-4 team in history don't you think?

Course then you have the Seattle game that was gift wrapped by the phantom holding call on the punt return and the Miami game but still.....

My gut says Jones Drew is going to run down our necks. With the way the offense has been so erratic, there were glimpses last week that maybe something was going to come, of course we all know how that turned out. Dread is nigh, that's what I'm feeling. If Ogbonnaya can have another decent game, maybe Colt can put something together, who knows.

Anything else like the Alex Smith handoff shit? Come on. I don't like to go there very often but Shurmur, for the love of Football... show something. This offense, its indescribable at times. I know we have pretty much no running backs, except for the Jedi. WR... Cribbs is in the doghouse. I mean, what the hell is going on with the team this year. I expect the Jags to roar and the Browns to... well... status quo? Offense makes our heads spin. Modest play from the D... Special Teams...

All Jacksonville has is MJD. They are the 32nd ranked offense in the league... these two teams are eerily similar in that the defense is the strong point, and when the offense does move the ball its between the 20's and then they have to settle for field goals. I predict a low scoring game of field goals. 9-6 or 12-9 something along those lines.
