The Bengals are missing two integral guys from the week one matchup on defense in Dunlap and Leon Hall. Dunlap ate us for lunch, so I am optimistic about things this week.

While I like those stats, it's all meaningless imo considering who we have faced so far this season. Throw out those stats after we have been through the meat of our schedule and let's see where we are.

Right but if I recall correctly, in our first match-up the Bengals had several key injuries, and had a rookie QB & WR playing in their first NFL game.

I am more optimistic only because it seems like Shurmur finally took a football 101 class, although I'm not sold on that yet.

Hard fought game, close loss but we punched them in the mouth all damn day. A few brief observations from today's game, maybe more later.

-Paxson is seriously a beast and seriously needs to crack into the starting lineup. Tubs O' Blub can back him up for awhile.

- I think we need to kiss one more jersey goodbye.... We need to see about finding a new long snapper if these bad snaps persist.

- Greg Little is garbage, period. None of this blah blah rookie WR bullshit, the kid has incredibly shitty hands so bad he makes Braylon look clutch.

- Cribbs and Norwood, that's what we have at WR. We NEED to improve the #1 and #2 wideout spots this year.

- Resign Hillis already. So much for him dogging it and faking injuries as a few morons in Brownstown claimed.

- Lauvao has gotta go.

- McCoy honestly did really well, all things considered and had Little Braylon not dropped 6 catchable passes this likely would have been a huge breakout game for Colt.

- More Moore, more Watson, less Alex Smith. I understand you signed him in Philly Tom and that your fragile ego can't handle all the idiotic moves you make but Smith is a nonfactor, Ben and Evan are busting their asses and accomplishing SOMETHING.
