Default Post Steelers game

The only thing I can say is this, I hope the Browns pull the plug on this Greg Little experiment because the guy couldn't catch the clap if he was in a whore house. We don't need receivers that DON'T CATCH THE BALL.

Defense played well again, but the offense couldn't support them (AGAIN) What is it with this fucking team and receivers that can't catch??? Somebody fax a memo to Cleveland's front office that the requisite of wide receivers are they are supposed to CATCH!!!

Another head scratching play in the red zone yet again by Shurmhead, when all the quarterback had to do is lean forward a couple inches to get a touchdown and they hand it off

Did anybody else think that Big Gay Ben was across the line of scrimmage when he threw his first touchdown?

Cleveland is the only team that have ever seen that constantly make up ways to lose. Pittsburgh tried to hand us this game many times and we were like " Nah, we don't want it. No really, we don't want it. Here, take it!"

I'm not on the "defense played well" bandwagon.

The defense couldn't get off the field which has been a season long problem. Horrible run defense AGAIN masked by a spirited goal line stand. Ben R goes for 280 on 16 completions? The defense sucks. Pittsburgh played uninspired ball all night so EITHER unit could have won the game.

Offense started so well and just faded into crap.... again.

Colt missed too many balls. Really bad INT on the endzone pick.

Little can't catch.

Hardesty isn't tough or elusive. Not sure what all the hype was with this guy coming out of college. I haven't seen anything I'd remotely call explosive.

Little can't catch.

Nice 15 yard punt from whoever the feck our punter is.

Steelers turn the ball over 3 times and have 12 penalties and we still lose by double digits. Wow.

The Defense did NOT play well. Worst of which was the playcalling. They put a QB out there who couldn't move, yet we let him sit in the pocket and pick us apart. We should have been blitzing the bejeezus out of him.

Offensive playcalling was mediocre at best. Too many runs on first down. Hillis was healthy, yet played sparingly? And on the first drive when they got stopped on 3rd down and decided to go for the field goal, I told my wife that "FGs don't win games against the Steelers, the steelers would be going for the TD on fourth down." Then sure enough the Steelers did go for it on 4th down later. Unfortunately for them Gocong stopped them, but I at least admire the call.

Just an ugly, ugly, ugly game. Caught a bit of it in the second half, watched most of the 3rd quarter before passing out in my chair (real exciting stuff). I couldn't get over how miserable our team looked, both sides of the ball. The score doesn't show the dominance like the Baltimore game but the game itself showed that we're a team that's not really at the level we need to be to compete in this division and I think the Browns first and foremost need to focus on building a team that can compete to win this division. Period. How are we going to hang with the rest of the NFL if we can't hang with the Steelers, Ravens and Bengals?

We had a pretty good draft, and I'd like to start seeing some results.
Fans already looking to next year and I don't blame them.
I think we will have things to be excited about that we lacked last year and we have some real facepalm moments just like last year.
It's going to be tough.
We aren't Barking Hard for nothing.

As long as we keep trying to push that pansy ass WCO we will never be able to hang with our own division.

Oh, and actually our first drive of the game was almost inspirational. Until they settled for a FG.

I 1000% agree...Why the F do you rush 4 with a hobbled QB...Go for the throat and blitz his ass every down right up the gut. Terrible

Pittsburgh tried again and again to give us this game..They had ton's of penalties. I hated that we kicked a fieldgoal vs going for it on 4th and an inch on the first drive. I would have rather had Zero and go for it. than the 3 we got.

The tackling on defense was absolutely pathetic. We allowed the RB's to turn 2 yard gains into 6 yard gains again and again.

Our WR's cannot catch the ball. Little's drop coming off of our goal line for a sure first down just killed me. Colt was running for his life the whole game.

The OL was terrible again. Both guard spots are horrible and need fixed this offseason. We have 2 backups starting at both guard spots if this were any other roster.

McCoy was running hot and cold. He made some really excellent throws...and some really terrible throws.. It's like he's schitzo. I don't know what to think of him going forward.. He does need some help, but I'm still not sure..

Haden fell down on the Antonio Brown TD.. I expect Brown to be able to beat any safety in the NFL with 15 yards of open field..he is a kick returner after all and a very good WR.. I do blame the Saftey for being too far out of position on that play though.

It was a game of missed opportunites.. We gave back a game Pittsburgh tried to gift wrap for us.. We actually had time of posession by around 3 minutes..

I have no idea why Hillis is not used in the passing game.. It's shocking after him leading the team last year in receptions.. Not enough Screen plays.. WR's still cannot run proper routes. Hardest still runs tenative.. That knee needs another offseason to get healthy IMO.. What he will bring in the future is anyones guess...but he should not be getting all those reps at the expense of Hillis.
This is a game we should have won.. it's sad.

Hardesty ran less tenative yesterday than Hillis did. You'd see Hardesty at least cutting, twisting, and spinning to try and get yards, while Hillis was running straight into bodies and going down after 2 yards.
