Guess what though? There was a flag, but for 12 men on the field for the Raydahs.

On a scale of one to ten compared to MoMass and Ben Watson in the Miami game, this ranked an 11 in egregiousness and MoWatt ranked a .5.

It pays to be good I reckon is the moral to this story.

Oh yeah, that's for sure.

I happened to catch just a few minutes of the NE/Redskins game. Tom Brady decided to run for the first down, but he started his slide too late (and not close enough to the 1st down line). London Fletcher dove to tackle Brady. Fletcher hit him in the numbers, no head lowering, not a dirty hit in the least (this is the kind of hit you WISH some squeeler ijits could understand as a clean hit). It was a hard hit, but a clean one. No sooner did Brady hit the ground did a flag go flying.

Unnecessary roughness, half the distance to the goal, 1st down. The ref said it was a forearm to the head. At no time at all did Brady's head get touched.

Fletcher was justifiably pissed off.

I guess if you so much as look cross-eyed at Tom Brady, you're going to get penalized.

WTF?!?!?! I'm all for eliminating dirty hits, but that was the biggest bullshit call I've ever seen.
