Whose fictional "sources" told him it was 100%, Mangini was to be fired or possibly even already fired. Whose "sources" told him Holmgren had a huge chubby for Brady Quinn and planned on building the WCO around him. As we seen Holmgren came, Mangini stayed and Quinn was shipped off to Denver.

Point? Mortensen has zero clue what the fuck he's talking about 99.9% of the time and is taking a wild guess. A wild guess that the Colt's actions have gone contrary to, although rest assured, they won't be disputing him either way. Bad business doing that.
I don't like Mortenson most of the time because I do think he is quick to jump the gun on stuff from time to time. But this is one thing we're gonna disagree on up to the draft lol. I just don't see it going any other way.

As much as I would love for the Browns to make a trade for Luck, because I do think this is a guy you just can't pass up, to me... it's a pipe dream. I don't care what weight Manning swings in that building, Irsay would be a complete fool to pass on Luck right now, UNLESS some team throws a HUGE trade at them, which still could happen and for all I know that could be us. I know the Colts have holes BUT if Manning gets even to 90% to start the season that team is right back into the swing of things. Manning still has 4 or 5 years in him I bet. I think the Colts are thinking that too.

What better way to improve the team then take Luck now and then use the next few years to fill in spots that open up? As long as Manning can play the Colts will be fine and the Colts still have FA this year like all the other 32 teams too. Even though they sucked this year they'll pull a lot more interest then most teams in the NFL will. The NFL is still a business and no matter how close Manning is to Irsay, Irsay would make a huge mistake to not take Luck now when he has the chance.

I think the Browns do make a trade but it will either be to St. Louis/Minnie for Blackmon or dropping back to a team like Washington for more picks.
