Hope Shurmur is taking some notes

From Sean Payton and Tom Coughlin on how to play to WIN games, not to play NOT TO LOSE. It is clear that Payton clearly understood the circumstances, and situation, to know that he had to go for it on forth down a couple of times. And Coughlin knew too in todays game against the Falcons. There were numerous times this season where Shurmur showed he had no backbone by not going for it, even with the record we had. This is something that separates real "Head Coaches" from guys that a coordinators pretending to be Head Coaches. I know Shurmur is still young in his Head Coaching career, but this is something he needs to improve on, and should over time. I just hope it's sooner than later.
