Maybe Evans is just trying to spark his new career as it may be heading the way of his playing career... so he decided to be controversial to get his name out there. You never know the motivations behind these things.

It is so funny watching the fanboys bounce up and down on Holmgren's 3" dick. Anyways let's compare. Belichick's way which is actually just the Parcells system of doing things renamed vs the Holmshit way of coddling certain players and enabling cancers like Seneca Wallace and Koren Robinson.... The Parcells method in the last decade: 8 Superbowl appearances 6 Superbowl wins The Holmgren method: 2 Superbowl losses Yeah, it's not exactly rocket science. One system of doing things dominates the NFL and game of football, one hasn't done shit in over a decade. Not a big surprise Evans prefers the right way of doing things. Likewise it's not much of a surprise he disliked being on an underachieving team that as the 49ers and Cards used to put it "is soft and weak." Why would he? I thank him for his honesty, no matter how uncomfortable it makes the Holmgren fanclub in Cleveland. Thank you Heath Evans for being captain obvious. Oh, btw, "just one player?" I seem to recall Holmgren's former boss in GB, the guy who actually built the team he had calling him an egomaniac and having harsh words for him. It's hardly "just one person" who has harsh things to say about Holmshit. |

I'd love to see those quotes of Holmgren's former boss saying all that. All I have seen is Wolf saying in the SB against DEN MH failed to make the necessary adjustments and it cost them that SB (wow, a coach made a mistake game day, that's never happened).

Something about the 3" dick thing that sort of makes your post irrelevant, pathetic and not to be taken serious. |

As for the rest? I wouldn't hold your breath on me waking up and deciding hey, i'll kiss Holmgren's gigantic ass from now on and believe against what I see with my own two eyes. It's probably not going to happen no matter how much his fanboys hope it does. Now how about we all shut the fuck up about me for a change. Last I checked my name isn't in the OP's thread title nor topic and frankly this "we can't debate him so let's just insult him and throw threads from the facts he brings" bullshit tactic the fan club has decided to use is GETTING. FUCKING. OLD.

King: I hear ya.. but for me.. I believe it's much too soon to judge this new regime fully. We have not really even had a full year of what Holmgren's vision is with HIS hc and staff in place as there was not even an offseason last year. Heckert's been here 2 years.. he's done pretty well with his drafts and trades so far.. I for one, believe Holmgren at this point, is the best football guy we have had on top for a long time.. I don't think he craps roses though.. he makes mistakes like ever other human being I have ever met.. But His plan has barely gotten started in my opinion.. I think his biggest mistake so far was not getting his staff in place from day one.. That' is a big mistake on his part. He knew Mangini was never going to be his guy.. It made little sense..But as I said.. no one is perfect and mistakes will always be made..there is not exact science in this.. So now he has his guy in Shurmer.. we have a nice set up in the draft with 6 picks in the top 4 rounds, and a full offseason with OTA's mini camps, and training camp, and a real free agent period (unlike last year) ... our talent is still crap..So while I expect improvement.. even with a near perfect draft.. we will still be talent shy to the other teams in our division.. but we must start improving and quickly.. The biggest problem with this team have been crappy drafts.. followed by a revolving door of coaches and upper management.. We have to keep some stability in that arena.. even if it does not yield championships.. it will stabalize the team long term. Right now we are the lousiest franchise in the NFl.. due to the continued rotation of coaches, staff, and bad drafts.. along with bringing in 10+ QB's who all have been pummelled to death cuz we have never fully fixed the OL, or given them playmakers.. We just keep bringing in QB's thinking that will fix everything.. It won't . We cannot continue doing this and think anything will change for the better.
