Depends how I felt about RGIII. If after the combine, his pro day and any personal workouts, I thought he was a franchise QB that I wanted to build my team around, I wouldn't trade the pick.
But, you got to believe he is your guy. We can speculate about what we have seen but teams will go over every piece of footage they can get on him. They will listen to scouts outside the organization from independent services also. He should blow them away at the combine but he needs to blow them away at his pro day and leave them begging for more. He needs to make all the throws and show great footwork. Then teams like the Browns will bring him in and they will interview him and give him a physical and throw him on the chalk board and will make sure (in their minds) that he is coachable and willing to learn their system..........................and then they have to decide if he's the guy to go all in on.
By the time the draft comes they will know everything there is to know about RGIII and what his strengths and weaknesses are. I think most teams will fall in love with him because he will look great in shorts and do everything they ask of him. He will do better then Newton did. Doesn't mean that he's a lock because you only have a game sample against Big 12 defenses while he was playing in the spread.
They will do this to all the QBs they like and grade them all but I don't think there is anyone that will come close to him other then Luck. That alone makes him a prize. Maybe a very dangerous prize to go after.
I could see the Browns willing to go after RGIII even if it means trading up because there isn't a prize left at #4 if he's gone. No one is going to want to trade up and I personally have some concerns about Blackmon ever being a true #1. Especially if he goes to the combine and runs a 4.56. I see him and I see Crabtree.
