Browns West has to wait for us to fire Shurmur first, KoK, before they make him the QB coach.

Sounds a lot like Browns fans.

Who you got is a bright young OC who has had the unfortunate task of trying to create a lethal offense out of mostly garbage and/or bench players. He's inventive, he tries scheming around players strengths, and he simply hasn't landed in a place patient enough to build a football team. I've seen him work damned near miracles against upper echelon teams ....you guys made a good hire of a young guy highly regarded in NFL circles.

This makes RAC, Pioli, Daboll, and Carthon on the same staff. Building a staff filled with people who have all worked together at some point, or from the same tree. The outrage. They must all have the same agent too In all seriousness this just goes as another example that this is how the NFL works for the most part. Teams fill their coaching staffs with people who are all of the same "mind" and have ties to one another.

Who are the upper echelon defenses Dabss has worked damned near miracles against (NO and NE had poor defenses and TO turned those games, not the O)? Never been impressed with Daboll one bit. We think CLE O was predictable last year, but think back to his two years in CLE. It was even more predictable.
