Man did the Cowboys get fleeced on the Roy Williams trade. I said at the time it was ridiculous.

Dallas is all right though - they got the WR of their dreams out of nowhere, so the bust on Williams hasn't been that painful for them.

I love how it even looks likely he is correctly watching the ball into his hands and STILL doesn't catch it.

Not that the Brown's didn't want to bring in Blair White because people are telling OBR that White and Jones from YSU were both guys they went after as soon as round 7 was winding down. Jones wanted a signed contract not just a try out and because of some character issues and problems he had at YSU the Browns would only offer to sign him to a try out contract. But I hear they went after White hard but the problem with UDFAs is they get a choice of 32 teams to pick from.

Just because the Brown's didn't get someone doesn't mean they aren't trying to go after them. Same goes for Henderson of the Jags. The Browns are talking to him and his agent but he is weighing all his options. These guys want to go to winners and until the Browns prove they are a team on the rise it will be hard for them to get FAs without some tie to the area or the coaches.

I guess I have to question white logic on why he thinks he can make the team in Indy verses making our squad.....gonzalez is back this year, collie, garcon' reggie wayne...etc...

I believe that sometimes these borderline players (URFA) listen too much to their agents. Who, just may be pointing them in a direction to gain some favor with certain organizations they already have clients with. Or, who had clients that they felt got screwed by an organization. I know that sounds all Jerry McGuire (the movie) but I believe it really goes on.

BTW, I'll line up to take any of the Colts castoffs.

Ha! True. Weird thinking that at one time, I was crediting him (&JJ &K2) for DA's success.

Maybe Lumbag was right?

OBR says WR is a post-draft priority and they aren't just looking at FAs like Curtis and Coles... they're talking to teams.
