Does the amount of people with these kinds of sig pics have an effect on bandwidth and cost of running the site? And I am honestly not trying to be a downer here, I've just have heard other sites that kind of curtail this approach because of costs. Carry on, mates. Just throwing the question out there.

Right click the sig and save as to a file. Then go to user CP and edit signature and use Option 2 to upload from your computer and it should show up.

Nah, it should be fine. That being said, people with slow internet connections should turn off avatars and signatures.
