Everyone is big word usually gets ones foot is his own mouth..........

Rivers should be on the list he had a 14-2 team and went to the playoffs three straight years. He will get his shot in the Bowl

ANYWAY...I agree with the above Rich post, though who knows what Big Jen's career would look like if he had the trash on this team around him instead of that PIT team that only got him because of a blip on an otherwise upward trajectory?
It's funny you call me pointing out what is a "garbage post." What does that make your posts, then?

Obviously Rivers belongs on the list of the top passers in the NFL over the past few years. He's done it year after year. It's a given. Everybody includes him.

I'm curious to see what McCoy will look like after a year or so watching.. He definately has shown he understands the game, has the intangibles, and can win.. but can he make the transition??? How much of a chance will he get .. really get?? Or does H3 go get a #1 next year if we are in that position ...appears there are are possibly 3-4 top end first rounders next year locker, Luck, Mallet and Ponder and possibly Devlin on the outside.. from what I see.. I like Locker for SURE!!! I will have to see what this season looks like for these guys before I tie my horse to any of them other than Locker. I hope we can see some of McCoy in some action at the end of this year either in mop up or a start or two so we have some idea how he has progressive before we pull the trigger on a #1 next year.. ya never know..it's not impossible that he could be "the guy" I am NOT saying he is..but... ya just never know when you get lucky. We need some luck.

*** overall next years class blows this year away..which is why I was so against a qb this year in the top of the draft. * there are even a few more names that could pop up or leap frog the names above namely Fowles and Prior***

Sure. But this isn't that thread. Or it wasn't.

Which is why I explicitly pointed out that Rivers has great numbers when I made my 1st post.

If Rivers is included at all in this conversation, it's along the lines of "why hasn't he won a SuperBowl" when it's such a passing oriented league now.

Gotcha. I was juggling points about quarterbacks and round one.
