Definitely going with Irving. He fits what Scott needs in a PG to a tee, he'll be the floor general Scott has been looking for. Irving would be considered a can't miss prospect at the same level as Wall, Blake, Rose, et al, if he had actually played any significant time this year. Let's also not forget that Byron Scott is also the best PG coach in the league, ie Jason Kidd, Chris Paul, Baron Davis. He knows how to teach and develop a guy and take that person to the next level at arguably the most important position on the court.
Number four is just a total bonus pick, we can roll the dice on any one of the numerous Euro players that are boom or bust type prospects. Their are a few that could end up being big time players.
