... but were turned down. Or so goes the rumor all over the Interwebs today. I'd C&P a link, but there are about 20. They would have used the trade exception to make the dollars work.

Frankly, would've been a steal for the Cavs because there's no Rudy Gay (20 points every year) in this draft. Getting Irving and Gay would've changed everything real fast.
