I actually had to debate with some losers on my Buckeye board about not liking this piece of shit and hoping he fails. They were telling me I should get over it and all that typical bullshit from people who just don't get it and what he did. It usually becomes the "why let it ruin your life?" like we are all sitting around daily mulling killing ourselves because some selfish brat decided to haul ass and fail there too.

Those of us in the know around Akron and NE Ohio started hearing the whispers and the accusations by some, but they were usually cast aside as racist propaganda or hating on the kid before the stuff got much leverage in the media.

Let me just say this. There are two types of people that I pretty much can't stand, and James fits both those profiles. He is a candy ass front runner of epic proportions, and that is why dumping the Cavs meant nothing to him, he was never a fan anyway and truth be know didn't even like them.

He also has been a notorious non-tipper for his whole life. I'm talking staggeringly bad. When I say bad, I mean shit like having one of his boys leave 10 bucks on a $1200 tab. It's definitely a racist thing, it's not just from being stupid.

I heard a story about five years ago from a friend whose brother was the head cook at Applebees here in Bath, which is where James and his kiddies like to kick it. He just had a 35,000 square foot place built here over a year ago, but prior to that he and moms slummed in a lesser place here. The place where they hang is actually called Montrose, a shopping mecca for the Akron affluent that is kind of dead in between the Valley (where I live), West Akron (Akron's most affluent), Fairlawn and Bath.

Anyway, James kind of hung out there regularly with his posse. This one night they come rolling in around 9:45pm and the place closed at 10. The manager let him know they were ready to close but James convinced his to serve his party, which was like 20 deep. They kept all the staff there who were supposed to be getting off at ten, people with kids and families etc. until well after midnight.

When they finally decided to leave, James had one of his posse boys leave a ten for a bill that was $1500.

Many of the staff went to management and said they should be banned because apparently it had been going on in a similar fashion for awhile. They were always told they would lose their jobs if they didn't comply because The James Gang brought so much business in.

I know people who drink with his mom and she is a real piece of work, let me tell you.

He is a true punkass spoiled bitch. Gilbert built that new practice facility in Independence for him, which is a south Cleveland suburb and about 20 minutes up I77 from Bath.

His true colors keep showing. Dissing your hometown, a city where you could truly make a difference in a deep, meaningful way, is cold, man. Refusing to even speak to the owner prior to staging a massive show that only makes sense if you ARE paying tribute to your mother land? Even worse. "I'm taking my talents to South Beach" will be remembered forever as one of the nastiest Fuck Yous in history.

Then: He claims to not give a shit what people think of him... then disses ordinary people for having to return to their ordinary lives. I have a feeling Amare S. wasn't the only one who winced at that one.

He folded last year against the Celtics... shit on an entire city... then folded this year against the Mavs. Keep in mind that the Heat got through a whole year with D-Wade relatively healthy and that doesn't happen very often.
