You played one helluva year my friend, me fears what you will be like next year after a season under your belt. I let you down last week too, but credit goes to Alo for finishing out the season with a damn good team. I don't like my chances in the rematch, and it just goes to show (and like the NFL), it is tough to stay on top from the beginning to the end.
We shall see, but I did have a nice little coup grabbing Fred Davis before week one, and now I am scrambling for TE's everywhere. I lost Willis going on two weeks now, but that shouldn't be too big of a hit with picking up his replacement in former Buckeye Grant, who has done very well in his stead.
Bad matchup with Gore going up against Pitt this week, plus he is dinged and Hunter is probably going to get plenty of time. Then I have to worry about how long Rodgers is actually going to play. Last week he was worthless in the second half and eventually got pulled before getting hurt, cuz he was getting hit and not looking good. Brees has outscored him this year by a decent margin and I was hoping to get a little more from Julio and MJD on Thursday, although I can't complain given it was a blowout. A closer game and I may have had juggernaut performances from both of them.
I guess I am going to count on a Stafford to Burleson connection and I will go to game time waiting to make the wrong decision between Floyd, Manningham and James Jones.
This is my first week all year not going with three QB's, as I couldn't get Skelton and it looks like Hassle will start over Locker with Colt being out. Should be interesting watching how both matchups work out this week for all four teams.
