there's always that comfort thing when everything else sucks...like your team...

Soooo this avo I brought home two lamb shanks.. rubbed them down with olive oil and a mix of rosemary and lemon zest. seared them on a VERY hot grill. xfered them to a baking pan and added quartered potatoes, pumpkin slices, zuccini quarters and cauliflower wedges.. tosssed them in olive oil sea salt cracked pepper and rosemary.. baked the whole thing at 140c oven(thats pretty low) for 4 hours, made a white wine reduction outa the drippings for gravy

Just had some Two Brothers pizza for dinner. It wasn't very good and I wish my wife would have gone to our favorite place for pizza (Lampost Pizza) but she didn't. Oh well, next time we will get the good stuff.

LOL Oz!

I started the breakfast thread 'cause I was bored at work one day!

We had Red Baron pepperoni pizza...it was frozen and we took it out of the box, put it on a pizza stone and baked it at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. It was very tasty!!

We need to go grocery shopping this weekend, lol, all we have left is junk frozen stuff.

I keep it gangsta, I make my own pizza from scratch. Gotta kitchen aid mixer I use to make the dough. I got pics, if I can ever find out how to get them from my Dad's phone to my computer, i'll post them. (edit) I also make pepperoni rolls

Here you go, as promised. Dough made from scratch and cooked on a metal pizza tray. It has bacon, ham, and pepperoni on it. I don't like to use pizza stone because the bottom doesn't get brown enough.

Mickey D's. Hubby wanted a Mc Rib and I wanted something I didn't have to cook.
